They must put them through vigorous supervision to gain the requisite and practical knowledge/experience with their hands. This is what matters.
Medicine is about peoples’ health relative to the realities on the ground.
Out the emphasis is on practicals, practicals …. not academic laurels. One of the reasons why we are marking for ages. Glorify mediocrity.

These doctors in most countries won't be allowed to practice medicine unless they went through Housemanship or basic Medical Residency. They will have to pass certain Medical Board exams before they are given a license to practice medicine. Residency and fellowships would have been advisable. This is Ghana where nurses and non-horsemanship trained doctors can become Regional Directors in Medicine. Nawuni ni fati basi. YEN
