Okay so what exactly does he mean he is going to have a 3 shift system. And it's coming to run on the 24hr economy. What policy has the govt implemented on the 24 hr economy that is going to help him achieve that. Electricity they can't keep for 12 hrs and they want to run a 24 hr economy. It's not about just talk systems need to be put in place.
