  Walk the talk and stop with this " No Actions Talks Only (NATO)". Since you came to power have you visited the various research councils to listen to the problems they are having in carrying out research in the country? Have you created a Council to oversee the distribution of research grants? Are the universities equipped to carry out research? What mechanisms are in place to disseminate research results to policy makers? It's time we base our political decisions on scientific research and not on emotions.
