Akua Donkor qualified ...she did not attend any school. An illiterate. 3. Akufo-Addo qualified...on the job training to be a lawyer. But all government appointees who work for the President MUST BE GENUINELY QUALIFIED...both academically and practically. Note: Akua Donkor could've been our President and she would've ordered the prosecution and imprisonment of Anne Sansa Daly for fraud (faking as a medical doctor).
