The Testimony is the uninterrupted 4the Republic that liberalised our governance paradigm of which we as a people continue to enjoy.

Through you, Chairman Rawlings and your right hand noble men and women, Ghana 's Security Setup became robust, disciplined for purpose and highly professional which excelled in maintaining peace all over the world to the enviable admiration of other countries.

You, through your drive for a change in the Leadership of the country gave opportunity to a new generation of Leadership made up of President Mahama, Goosie Tanoh, The Ahwoi Brothers etc underpinned by Probity, Transparency and Accountability.

The revolution still lives on even in democracy, your Son, Mentee, Colleague, Comrade President JDM is continuing in your steps and has embarked on Democratic Revolution where financial discipline in public service is the key driver. And this is going well.

On this day we remember you for your charismatic, selfless nationalistic leadership you gave Ghana.
