Kissi Agyabeng is a prosecutor and not a judge to decide the fate of any Ghanaian. After his investigation, he presents his finding to a court for the court to decide.

Ghanaians, let us learn, and understand how things work in Ghana. A prosecutor is not a judge and Kissi Agyabeng cannot jail anybody but the courts.
