  From your very uneducated reaction, you must be one of those clueless Club owners. In Ghana anybody with a few Cedis gets up, gathers a few boys and forms a football club. From the pathetic general standard of football in this country, it is obvious that most - if not all of them, do not have what it really takes beyond selling players abroad and being happy to be club owners. And beyond the incompetence of the club owners, is the incompetence of the GFA as well as the Ghana Sports Authority. If the Minister, at the end of the day, is unable to check all of this, then he will also be added to the list of incompetent actors in the administration of football in this country.

  He is cluless in his job as Sports Minister. He should have been a Deputy Minister in charge of football. Since he doesnt know that there are other Sports ( atheletics, hockey, boxing, traditional sports, etc) beyond football

  Hooliganism in Ghana is getting worse but then again hooliganism in fans is a part of the game. Hell you see it in other countries around Europe, South America, North America and Asia so why should we be any different?
