  Why has Ofori Atta absconded and keeps postponing dates he and his lawyers have given to the OSP and Ghanaians. Will they be doing this if indeed Ofori Atta is clean. Akuffu Addo and his then Attorney General frustrated the OSP, never allowed him to work,now that they are no more and the OSP is working the same NPP are trying to thwart his efforts.

Your cooperation with the state when you are an accused person in a criminal case is mandatory. And I am surprised this is coming from a Dean of a so-called Law School. It is a very flawed and ridiculous reasoning. There are many in jail because they stole cassava to feed themselves. Did they have options as to whether to cooperate or not.   Ken Ofori-Atta is a fugitive running away from justice. His crimes are numerous and he is conscious of the consequences. It is not a battle between the OSP and Ofori-Atta. It is a call for accountability by the people of Ghana. Prof Kofi Abotsi can decide not to be a Ghanaian today and argue in his own way but at least he has a family who are Ghanaians. We will gather back what belongs to us and with this, we will develop this nation. Let's not sit on the fence, let's get involved by supporting all the legal processes being initiated to bring this man home.
