  What type of Analyst are you? You don't even understand your own analysis. We don't need a hike in WSLA. We only need efficiency in debt the collection system of the ECG. The bills of MDAs should be paid directly by the Central government to the ECG. This alone will solve the financing deficiency in the energy sector
