Morroccans wouldn't travel to Ghana tonengage in illegal mining. Do your statistics well and you'll see that among the Arab countries, Morroccans have the largest number of immigrants in the West and the Americas.

Besides job immigration, most Morroccans travel to other countries with good capital to set up their own businesses. The younger generation of Morroccans risk their lives crossing the sea to get to Europe and not Ghana. Morrocco economically, is far better and well organized than Ghana.

Don't underestimate Morroccan cities. Morrocco as a country has top class holiday destinations within, patronized by both Westerners and Americans.

The military, the police and security services need more employees to able to function properly, cleaners, nurses etc. Ghana has surely the money to pay for these. But, will politicians forgo their pockets in order to meet these above-mentioned demands? US$ 21bn in the pockets of corrupt politicians, what a mess! This amount of money could reduce unemployment rate to 3%.
