  IF THIS GUY IS FUMING ABOUT THE CRITERIA USED TO DO THE ACCOUNTING, THEN ONE CAN ALSO ASK WHAT CRITERION DID ADDISON-BAWUMIA USE TO BAN SOME OF THE GHANAIAN-OWNED BANKS DURING THE NPP REGIME.
  
  NOBODY ASKED ADDISON WHAT ACCOUNTING APPROACH THEY ADOPTED.

  Is there any policy that is acceptable to the Npp if they are not in charge of affairs? What kind of people are these? At times one is placed in quandary to wonder whether their acquired qualifications are obtained from the same accredited institutions like the others.
  Just line them up and you will be left in no doubt about the possible perversion due to the simple linkages to Npp.
