  My house in Accra is illegally connected. This is due to the constant delay and ineffective response from GWL to connect me legally. Your response time is poor and ineffective. So, it's easier to connect illegally

  Another corrupt and clueless state company. Worse than ECG. They will not supply water for 5 years and still bill you Ghs20,000.
