To be fair Ghanaian Nurses deserve better, just few months NDC came into office most of their government appointees and ministers are all driving brand new expensive cars in town and others stuffed thousands of US dollars in their cars and dashing out money to people we all saw it on the news and social media. Nurses can’t afford to rent a house to live in, many of them still live with their families due to cost of living. The government should sort them out for them to go back to work. Many Ghanaians are suffering due to the strike and the Authorities should stop speaking big English act this and that this is illegal strike and all that.

How do just jump one morning and embark on strike action demanding that your service benefits should be paid to you without engaging the necessary stakeholders?You have not exhausted the laid down procedures and just want to see things done quickly without recourse to be humane to the patients under your care.
