It's not as if he's just talking to Ghanaians by himself.
He is answering questions posed to him by Joy News.

And Snyder, you don't need to know about cocoa trees to be a good CEO.
If education and experience were always necessary for high level positions Ghana should not be here today.
Kwame Nkrumah set up over 200 factories & Cocobod. And who collapsed them? The so-called educated Ghanaians trained with the tax payers money.
All you need to excel in any job is passion for excellence, honesty, integrity, patriotism and common sense which are clouded by corruption and self seeking public servants and politicians.
Now tell me what special knowledge does Ibrahim Traore has?
Yet he's developed Bourkina Faso in 2 years into the model African Self Reliant country with unprecedented infrastructure and high level policy interventions.

The educated African or Ghanaians have failed the continent because of greed, corruption, entitlement and self aggrandizement.
