Look at a situation where all those who took part of the last year's general elections as election officials are yet to be paid. Meanwhile, the president, Veep, MPs and all gov't ministers and appointees are receiving their salaries since they assumed office. Qualified nurses and midwives are wasting away at home cos of no money syndrome and those at post too no money, how? Some party foolsoldiers receive salaries without working just cos they are 'work' for the party.

The current Finance Minister & Health Minister, were both ranking members of the Health & Finance Committees & fully aware of the Collective Bargaining Agreements. They would also have been informed during the Hand Over period. The Finance Minister, should have factored these costs in his first budget. Last week we were told that since coming into office the Goldbod has made nearly $4 Billion & yet we cannot pay Nurses & Mid Wives, 2 Billion Cedis?
