For the third n fourth position is it not goals difference first that must be considered?
How can you leapfrog an opponent that is already behind you? How did Kotoka (originally 4th) leapfrog hearts of Oak (originally 5th) in the Table?
Go and read the GFA Statutes. It is stated that when there is a tie for position on the league table the it is decided by head-to-head results between the two teams in the season.
