All our Leaders since late JJ Rawlings have gotten it wrong with pur Education Reform. Our Primary, JHS & SHS shd be merged. Students are supposed to write external exams when they are 18 plus.It is not helpful to be subjecting kids at 13 or 14 waiting BECE ,it destroys their devt.This is why in most developed Students only write exams when they are preparing for Pre-Entry exams for University. There are too many external exams in Ghana's education forcing students to indulge in many malpractices. It is like a Death Warrant to many young students.
