I have said it many times before namely; Bagbin is not doing his job as speaker of Parliament. Why is he always away from the Parliamentary debates? He should resign if he has other more important things to do than to cater for his role as Speaker. The fact that he has been a parliamentarian for decades is no guarantee that he has leadership qualities to lead the House. The guy is totally hopeless. The behavior of our Parliamentarians on Tuesday was disgraceful and appaling to say the least. They have exposed us once again (since this was not the first time we have seen such behaviors in Parliament) as uncivilized, primitive, aggressive, and very chaotic people. It is high time the Speaker take his responsibility seriously and start suspending parliamentarians who do not want to follow the rules governing the works of our National Parliament.
