  The country needs a curriculum that will help bring the best out of children, and well trained teachers who understand their roles as facilitators of learning and not dictators. Children are losing interest in education because they don’t see the benefits of it. Schooling is no more attractive to them. Ghana’s educational standards have dropped so low that foreign schools test us again before admission. This is worrisome. We need people who understand where we are and who can guide us from where we are now. Good curriculum and well trained teachers who understand their roles is the key to providing a future for our children.

  Mahama proved to be the most wicked President against teachers. He paid only 3 months salaries for teachers who had worked for about 2 years and never paid remaining arrears. Don't flatter teachers with words. They know you.
