  It shows that, in Ghana, anything outside Accra, except may be Black Stars games in Kumasi, without Accra, Ghana has nowhere else, no other town or city or big-village for such ceremonies.
  Even our Independence Day is mostly celebrated at Accra with government officials mostly in attendance.
  It also shows that Ghanaians do not believe in decentralization of anything including public held ceremonies.
  Additionally, it shows how small our country is, and how small our minds are.
