Why caution? Simply issue a straight strict and direct warning that no one should encroach on the stipulated distance you have demarcated. It's as simple as that!
The same VRA will one day come complaining there's power generation problems because people have been building and farming around that area.
We are tired of caution, it's not enough. Put measures in place, if necessary build demarcation pillars or small walls. Let's be practical and reason outside the box please. Lives Matter
