In fact, during Mahama's past regime a similar thing happened and the money involved was gargantuan and running into billions of dollars yet Mahama swept everything under the carpet and those involved were left off the hook to enjoy their loot. Nana Addo came and intead of reopening investigations intothematter, he just closed his eyes because he saw the NSS as a perfect conduit to siphon money from the National coffers for his Akyem Mafia and now look at the mess. It is important to note that the NSS has outlived its usefulness since it has now become a conduit for siphoning our national resources by our good for nothing politicians. Both the NPP and NDC have been stealing from the National Service Scheme.

I have seen some of the ghost names being referred to to have come from UCC as beginning from BJS..., BPS..etc. These are registration numbers of the numerous Distance Education Students who also do national service.
Corrupt individuals must be prosecuted but do thorough investigations before speaking to the issues.
