In Ghana, it is a fact that the absolute majority of the people living within its borders get their water from government, we get roads from the government, electricity from the government and major portions of telecommunication and mail delivery from government or government agencies.

Since the definition of planning, development and land management invariably means having most, if not all of the listed items to each plot of land and community, will it not be logical to mandate and oblige the sale of land in Ghana to include all of the above listed items available at each parcel of land before it is put out there for sale?
