The powers that be abandoned it,they got scared after the jailing of Tsatsu,the Quality Grain gang,Efo Dan and late Efo Victor,but for that the likes of Alhaji Collins,Opuni,Jakpa and his Ato Forson would have been long gone and it would have been good riddance.
