  Because they know it's their fault in not giving them the meters they applied for. This matter should be investigated by an external body, not the ECG. They'll just cover up their corrupt colleagues.

The managemehas it's own meters which it allocates exorbitant balls to residents.. what about other estates spri gingup atcantoments. Do the developers have their own meters installed. What is the payment code to ECG accounts. Is the mo it's charged going to the Individual pockets
