  University of Ghana must do the needful by sacking the Head of Department of History who had boldly published aspect of an MPhil Student's thesis in the Journal of Contemporary Southern History. After investigation, the Journal has retracted the article. Plagiarism is the worst crime anyone, student or lecturer can do. UG should do the needful. It is a disgrace and a blog on the integrity of the University. Haruna Iddrisu had his MA thesis revoked due to a simple failure to acknowledge a source of information. The lecturer's plagiarism is worse, in fact, far worse and the axe should fall.

  I know these students. They are all Ndc supporters. That party can’t boast of any graduate. If care is not taken, in five years they’ll be stealing doctorate degrees like the Ndc Computer man.
