They don't use Folders anymore.That was what Dr Mahamudu Bawumia wanted govt hospitals to copy call E-Health.I don't think Ghana govt would sign any contract without putting any protection in place.

For some obvious reasons all these big pharmaceutical companies are trying hard to get their dirty hands on Black peoples DNA, this is a fact not the so called conspiracy theories.   For my money all involved in this matter should be arrested immediately , charged and prosecuted in court and if found guilty lengthy Custodial sentences slapped on them.
