They don't use Folders anymore.That was what Dr Mahamudu Bawumia wanted govt hospitals to copy call E-Health.I don't think Ghana govt would sign any contract without putting any protection in place.

For my money all involved in this matter should be arrested immediately , charged and prosecuted in court and if found guilty lengthy Custodial sentences slapped on them.
