Why don't you change their meters to pre paid meters and deduct the amount small small when ever they buy credit

Clueless and confused company.
I perfectly understand why most companies aren't paying those bills.
They weren't accurate, just like most households with postpaid are experiencing.
This is simple a failure on the part of management. All that GBC needed to do is to pay in bits instead of piling up the bills.
