  This government knows that it cannot feed Teacher-trainees three times daily yet it promised to feed them and continue to pay their allowances which it's predecessor did for eight years. They rather have 300 million cedis to buy sanitary pads to distribute because a great man's wife in the zu za family stands to gain from the procurement. Is this a government that can develop Ghana?

  This MOUs are unnecessary, at the end of the day where are this Sky Brokers getting the funds from that Government can't access those funds but giving it to third party who use the pre-existing Agreement as security to get funds and disburse to GetFund contractors and in turn go back and double charge to GetFund . These are lazy way of doing things. What are the workers and consultants being paid huge sums of money by GetFund doing if they cannot come up with a way to structure projects and get it funded. Old wine in square pegs. This ain't wise decision. It should be cancelled, Government is paying consultants across all boards huge monies and they are not bringing any significant progress to the departments and agencies. A consultant can easily do this job that you are giving to the so called Sky Brokers. Using the Agreement as security to get money for GetFund and then charge GetFund for it very simple.
