  Moslem communities in Ghana are the poorest and dirtiest always crying of being marginalized but yet still individual won't look after their children and communities but will save money to go to Mecca to enrich Saudi kingdom

  The idea of government getting involved in this purely religious exercise must be scraped. A yearly pilgrimage to Mecca is based purely on one's belief, and Prophet Mohammed recommends it for those who can afford it (financially and physically). So why should government use tax payers' money to support such a religious exercise?
