  Well said about what? Do you know why he doesn't like the "Jury system" because in Ghana, one is guilty till proven innocence. Do you how old the Jury system has been with us. Justice Mensah is saying that it was a colonial thing but go to the towns and villages where our old people hold hearings. Have you heard of "Yenko bisa abrewa"? Yes, that is our jury system, and it works.

  My friend, the jury system works. We only need to know how to use the system. In the US judges cannot be corrupted because they do not decide on the case. It also works in the situation where the burden of proof is with the accuser and not the accused.
  In Ghana, you guilty and you have to prove your innocence. This is nonsense.
  In the US, for criminal trial, the jury has to unanimous for conviction whereas for civil cases it take a majority. So it is very difficult to get a criminal conviction because it can take just one person to cause a mistrial.
  So in many caese the Preosecutors will push for a plea deal for a reduce sentence
  Mona Hajia eneterd into plea deal for a reduced sentence. If she had been tried by the jury she wou;ld have received a long prison time.
  
  Hire a company to help in the jury selection.
