  BASE ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE ON COLLECTING THE CARD FROM DISBRUTING OFFICES THEY ARE NOT WIIL TO GIVE THE CARDS OUT WHEN THE OWNER ARE THERE TO COLLECT THEIR CARDS.
