BASE ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE ON COLLECTING THE CARD FROM DISBRUTING OFFICES THEY ARE NOT WIIL TO GIVE THE CARDS OUT WHEN THE OWNER ARE THERE TO COLLECT THEIR CARDS.
Na who cause am?…when you were only interested in registering but not issuing cards what do you expect?
