Also, why asking a Judge where she lives, where she votes where she registered to vote. These are all security sensitive issues and very personal. At least, it’s better than which month did she write her GCSE like the day before. In the 1990s before year 2000, after A’ levels first national service, students don’t wait for service certificates as they are mostly posted to your station or post very late. It’s the second or tertiary service certificates that people care most. When you lived in Winneba and only go to schools in Cape Coast and live your life in Accra, that’s how you see the country.
