The first basket case is Cameroun whose 95yrs President Paul Biya rules the country from a hotel in Geneva with half of the country up in arms against him.

The 2nd basket case is Burkiba Faso where the Coup Plotter Traore overthrew a govt promising to win the fight against Jihadist. Instead he turned his guns on innocent civilians and with the help of Russian mercenaries killing them in their villages with the civilians fighting back.

When he came to power the govt controlled 70 of the country. Now he only controls 40% of the country with the rest controlled by Jihadists and civilian militia protecting themselves from Troare and his thugs.

Troare claims he doesnt want the whiteman so kicked out the French. As a replacement he went for the worst of the whitemen, Russians whose main exports to Africa is AK-47. Nit mobile phones, computers or agriculture technology. AK-47 the main tool of Armed Robbers, coup plotters.

Poor Burkina Faso, and what do they give the Rusdians their little gold that should go into building schools and hospitals goes to buy Russian military vehicles abd guns to kill mire Burkina Civilians.

The only thing Traore has done successfully is to pay for propaganda targetting vulnerable naive Africans to think he is some sort of Messiah. At least Rawlibgs after smoking his weed has enough energy to carry 3 sacks of cocoa on his back to increase our cocoa tonnage to become number 1 in 1984.

Well for all you gullible Traore lovers come lets have a conversation when Troare is vrave enough to pull his country out of the France controlled CFA zone, establish an independent Central Bank like Ghana , Nigeria has done so their own citizens determines what is good for them and not a whiteman sitting in an office in Paris setting the exchange rate for their currency!

Go to the most innermost slum in Ghana from Kasoa to Ashiaman and find 10 very poor locals. Give them a free ticket to Ougadougou to enjoy of the life Traore has made. And see if they will not set on you to beat you to pulp!

To my understanding, a surprise visit is simply an unannounced visit. Correct me if I am wrong.
