Rau or any foreigner does not need Ghanaian citizenship to practice law in Ghana. You only have to write and pass the bar exams,be called to the bar and you can practice law in Ghana.

There could be no smoke without fire. The background plus the allegations make against the Supreme Court nominee should be thoroughly investigated. The position of this high office should not be given on a silver platter to a person who is already showing signs of arrogance, disrespect to the citizens he will be presiding on. Take him off if the allegations are found to be true. We still have very good ones among the current crop of judges who can be selected and elevated to occupy this noble position

He is a nobody in the Canadian courts and in less than 10years of moving to Ghana he os going to Supreme Court what a weird country Ghana is. The guys even hates young boys and assume that they are all bad. Ghana is in deed in short supply of decent judges.
