  Nobody should take political parties in Ghana serious. These politicians are always looking for avenue to make money at the expense of the state. NPP and NDC are like twins. In fact, they are the same coin with two different sides.When NDC was in opposition, they condemned illegal mining and now their party is in power and so they have taken over from the NPP and are also doing illegal mining.These two political parties don't care about the state of the country. They are only interested in money money and money and nothing else

  I am very disappointed in my own party, the NDC. They first arrested Wontumi because he had probably practised GALAMSEY. And now, there is a suspicion that two party members are said to have practised galamsey. Why are they not in custody? The people who are against the practice of GALAMSEY are the same people who are practising it. The President Mahama must bring these criminals to book. We voted for this and nothing else! Where is the OSP, the NIB? Why , why, why, why, why motherland? It is a shame to see and hear that.

  If one is a member of the ndc then it is not illegal to do GALAMSEY. PERIOD.
