Some Teachers who have PhD Degrees even teach at the Primary Schools. One cannot be allowed to teach in Canada without passing the Teacher Certification Examination. Just like the USA, to be accepted to teach at any Government or Community level of Education, one has to pass the Teacher Certification Exam, no matter the level of one’s Education and Qualifications.

Leading up to the last election, they lied to the country that the government had successfully enrolled millions of students and the number stood at 5.7million beneficiaries. The truth was told after they lost the election and we got to know that the beneficiaries of the free high school was 3.5million. This implies that Adutwum himself cannot be trusted.
