NIGHT -TIME CONSTRUCTION is what must take place on such a MAJOR & HEAVY TRAFFIC highway.

So Ministry of Roads and Highways this MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION should be done at night as happens in other jurisdictions!

Once again, I say, we must see the 24-hour economy at work on this project to MINIMIZE the DISRUPTIONS for road users.
