After verification and obtaining financial clearance from the MoF, they are engaged by respective sector ministries and details submitted to Controller and Aacountant General for payroll processing.
Capturing of individual data and verification by the CAGD takes a while so payment may take a while but not beyond 6 months

If these steps were taken and they were duly employed way back Aigust 2024, why is the new administration not paying them
