The NDC will not sit down with your government to mess things up. Hence the removal of all new employers in December 2024 and January 2025. Such appointments would be cancelled.

These people were employed just as Akuffo Addo and the NPP were leaving power and they did that without taking into consideration whether there was a budget to cover their salaries after the BOG had spent several million dollars on their new headquarters. It is so strange that other civil servant who were gainfully employed in other sectors were not paid their salaries for several months , yet the government of Akuffo Addo employed new employees in other sectors just at the end of their term in office.

What is preventing NDC also to employ some of their own party members to work at Bank of Ghana and other state institutions? They should also imitata NPP and stop the noise. Sometimes some of us feel pity for supporting and working for NDC since 1992. When they come to power, they totally ignore the grassroot who worked tiredlesslly to bring the party to power. As for NPP, they do 100% better than NDC in that regard. The fact is that there are NPP members in certain state institutions who will be messing up things for this government and NDC will think they are in power. Before they realize, it will be too late for them because they don't listen to the grassroots of the party at all. Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited staff is about 99% of NPP members. The current staff of BoG is about 80% full of NPP members from Ofori Atta's Data Bank Staff. They know why they undertook such recruitments into such institutions. NDC as a party also needs to be smart.
