Outtara can choose to resign. What has he to show? For two years the club has not won any trophies. The management of Accra Hearts of Oak must seriously consider firing him.
Hearts don't want to pay Ouattara severance pay if they sack him so they have re-assigned him as special advisor hoping he will voluntarily quit. This is constructive dismissal and Ouattara has every right to sue Hearts.
