Apart from the air we all breathe freely or with no political colours, everything in Ghana is politicised. Those of us who are not aligned to any political party are suffering and are miserable in this country. What will this national day of prayer do to already polarised nation like Ghana? God is not happy with this country and for that matter, prayers is unnecessary until we all accept our wrongs and reconcile the country. Are we happy with ourselves how the country has been run for nearly 70 years of self governance? Everything God gave us couldn't be protected or preserved but all have been destroyed and continue to destroy them. Why do we have to see children sitting under trees, children lying on their bellies, sitting on concrete blocks etc? I see this national day of prayers as a waste of resources and misplaced priority and God won't listen to any prayer as long as we are rather committed to wrong doings. How can God bless this country or listen to us when we have destroyed everything He blessed us with ? We pretend to love God but we are not and everything points to that fact. If npp is in power, employment goes to their supporters and sympathisers and when it comes to ndc, supporters and their sympathisers also chase away the npp people and take over. God has taken his hands off Ghana when politics started dividing Ghana into ndc and npp and it started from your husband's era. It started when J.J started using 'we' and 'them' and called the 'we' as men and women of integrity while the 'them' were described as economic saboteurs, criminals or thieves. God blesses serious countries that put economic measures in place for the benefit of all its citizens but not for few people. God hates hypocrites.
