  All the developed capitalist countries has state enterprises in the past, which were sold to private owners in the end of 1990s.
  Some developed capitalist countries still have large state enterprises. By the end of the 1980s Ghana removed all social welfare schemes, privatised state owned companies. A move that destroyed the economy of Ghana.
  We in Africa apart from the slave trade and colonization need state enterprises to lift our economies just like the developed capitalist did.
