PNDC, NDC, Promoted it and even introduced foreigners all around the World to engage in it. NPP did not do anything meaningful to stop it. Just like the previous Governments kept quiet over it and their Gurus became very much engaged in it. Our Local Politicians, and even our Paramount Chiefs including the Asantehene became compromised and delved deeper into it. Does the Asantehene and some other Royalties not heavily involved in it? The Asantehene demands his Subjects to pay Royalties to him in the form of Gold Dust. Is this not stupid and nonsensical? How can Royalties be paid in Gold and Gold Dust when the people do not engage in Galamsay? Yes, and our District Chief Executives, Regional Chief Executives and Security Apparatus close their eyes to that nonsense that goes on. How can our neighboring and other Africans troop to Ghana to engage in this? Can Ghanaians simply just go to China, North Korea, Russia, Arab, and any Western Countries to openly engage in such illegal nonsense? I blame Ghanaians and Governments for this nonsense.
