I think it's wrong for PURC to propose for tariff increase and for the government to approve, without solving the root problem. There are a lot consumers with illegal connections all over the country. The electricity people are very much aware and are perpetrators themselves. Many houses are using electricity without meters. The PURC and government should solve those issues and there will be no need for continuos tariff adjustment.
