Many of our youth do well academically but come out to join the UNEMPLOYMENT QUEUE. Very well educated young people are unemployed in Ghana. How do you expect them to make a family and survive? At some places in Canada and the USA, many people even have Double Jobs and are paid weekly. In Ghana, even skilled Professionals work for months and years without pay. How do you expect them to live in Ghana after school. Let the Developed West open their gates and you will find out if there will be any Ghanaians left in the country. We just have greedy Politicians and leaders who don’t care about how the people, especially the Youth will survive. I wish all the unemployed and the poorly paid Ghanaians can have a way to leave for the West and leave the country to the greedy Politicians and let us see what they can do in Ghana.

There is no peace of mind here. U are never a native here and always referred as foreigners. Ghana once u break through the wealth is not capped. It's a good fertile land. See how foreigners like labannes, China others are coming... There is something good at home. Wherever u find yourself make the most until something changes. Try your best. While there at home do make the most. Most of us here may prefer made up in Ghana.. We cant just get up and come where children are involved. You are there make the most. God bless the Asantehene…this is a thought provoking question that every good leader should be asking and having solutions..Ghanaian youth are running away from Ghana too much and it’s a very dangerous trend for the development of Ghana..most of them are going to do menial dirty jobs which they will never do in Ghana..there are 3 factors 1. Poor and failed leadership 2. Poor and failed leadership in Ghana since independence and # 3 is ignorance of majority of Ghanaians...just last week I saw some Ghanaians in some foreign country, Charlie these Ghanaians were looking dirty, dusty and helpless..I was driving around town when I saw them, hmm the way I felt so bad, they couldn’t even afford to buy food to eat because they have spent all their money on agent fees and they don’t even know where to sleep..after having some conversation with them, I realize the money they spent in traveling could have easily changed their life’s in Ghana..I was there for vacation but these guys came just to do good delivery..so I asked them can’t u do food delivery in Ghana? So u paid an agent more than 60,000 cedis to travel and be doing good deliveries..I think sometimes ignorance is a big factor and the desperation to travel is very worrying..It’s a very worrying trend and I wonder why this current govt is not talking about it..if u have a country and all your youths are running away to foreign country, it’s likely your country cannot develop..the youths is the future of Ghana, so if all of them wants to run away, then there is no future..this is a thought provoking questions that should be discussed in parliament
