  Massa pocket your money or use it to provide furniture to pupils lying on their bellies in classrooms. If this Rescue Fund is established, the powers that be can't account for it. If the waste in the system is curtailed, the country can do well. The freebies politicians enjoy is mind blowing and if they are able to deliver who cares. But here is a case we don't see anything at the end of their term and they enjoy at the expense of the citizens year in year out. Apart from all the freebies and juicy allowances, they end the term with ex-gratia so Dr keep your money or give it to the needy. Politicians will keep their money to buy votes during elections period and the fund will not be properly managed.
