You can become a professor without PHD. Most of our PHD Holders were lectured by foreign university lecturers with Master degrees.

It is waste of resources for GETFUND to even sponsor students to come abroad and study.

1. Set up a national agency free of political interference and staff whose qualifications, internet skills, investigative skills and a period of 10-year work related experience that is beyond question.

Here is a solution.
1. Set up a national agency free of political interference and staff whose qualifications, internet skills, investigative skills and a period of 10-year work related experience that is beyond question.
2. All post graduate course work and subject matter/level that are less than 9months to 1-year especially certification should not count if from reknowned universities around the world
3. If a CV listed institution cannot be "googled" then the institution is not worth chasing
4. CV's with course work that can be obtained at tertiary institutions in Ghana that does not require hands-on/practical work experience in industry to acquire a minimum of 5-year expetience should grant preference to degrees acquired in Ghana
5. All effective start date of employment must come after CV confirmation by the agency. If this requirement is waived then candidate must not receive perks for the job until CV is confirmed.

Not just crack down but they should be arrested and prosecuted in court because it is a form of corrupt and dishonest behavior which should not be tolerated by society. This should also be part of resetting the country
